Welcome back everyone for our 46th Musical Episode! This week we’re going to take a slight diversion into a pile of 45s that are likely more familiar but are ones I really enjoy. I call this mix my “Sun Drenched Sounds v.2” as it’s a companion to Musical Episode #24 which shares a name and vibe. Check that one out if you enjoy this one and haven’t heard it!

The first volume of this mix was from the fall and I had been playing the recording of the mix a bit through the summer and I thought with all the snow, ice and chill in the air it’d be a good time for another. So without further ado I hope you enjoy the breezy sounds of Roy Orbison, Dolly Parton, Lulu, George Harrison and more.

We’ll be back next with a fun mix of an hour of early rock, upbeat doo-wop and r&b from the late 50s.

Peace,
-George / Snack Attack
